Just Cleaned out Kate's Closet!

I just finished organizing my grand daughters clots for school. She's five going on 6 and going to kindergarten! After sorting out all the torn and worn items, I've bundled up a nice lot of mostly size 5 girls clothes that would be perfect to fill out a little girls wardrobe. Twenty six pieces for the price of probably 2 or three outfits new! They are in Mimis Loft right now!

If these glasses could talk! The stories they might tell. From the late 19th century. Did they adorn the china cabinet of a new bride at the turn of the century? Only taken out to have that once in a while glass of wine to celebrate the holidays ? Cleaned out of the cabinet after Grandma passed and given to relatives? Did they end up in the basement in a box or used by the kids in the 60's at the children's table? ( in my own childhood we kids got my grandmothers red ruby glasses to drink from) . Christina porcelain Bavarian Blue....lovely for everyday!

Just arrived in Mimis Loft! Pieces of Christina Porcelain Bavarian Blue! This porcelain is hard, lightweight and durable yet so lovely and delicate in appearance! This stuff would look great displayed in a hutch or china cabinet but should be used for everyday because it is so durable and light. You know how heavy some of this new stoneware is to pick up out of the cabinet to set the table? Not this stuff. It's as light as Corelle but oh so lovely. It's in the eBay store right now! 

I just acquired these vintage dress patterns from an estate. They are fantastic. I will be selling them in my eBay store. They are in super shape, most are from the 70's and a few from the late 60's. These would be great for making vintage clothing !
